For these couple of months, we’ve been experimenting a lot with other mixtapes so we thought it would be a darn good time for us to get back to doing another volume of Brown Sugar.We were aiming for a fresh new sound but still keeping the essence of Brown Sugar intact. We found that the recent selections of music lack the warmth, smooth sound of Brown sugar. It took us a long time to come up with this particular mixtape – compiling materials, filtering the right music for the right sound, mixing it together and then realizing that the sound was not good enough…We basically went back and forth to find the perfect sound.

We had so much difficulties in producing this volume but with much perseverance and hard work.. We’ve managed to come up with a new Brown Sugar!

When we heard the raw unedited version of this mixtape, we thought the sound was really sexy and alluring. So we’ve decided to name this new volume of Brownsugar – Sensuous.
